efficiencies in cost and technology.

Servicing technical queries of doctors, sales officers and internal departments.

To act as a safety officer and take appropriate action at times of adverse events.
Front line representative of Laboratory with the QA manager for Internal and External audits.

Local implementation and monitoring of Quality Management System under the guidance of Chief Quality Officer,
in coordination with the Quality manager .
Ensure timely Reporting of results of Proficiency testing and inter lab comparison program and Corrective
action documentation for Unacceptable results in the above said programs.

Follow up for Closures of Non compliances raised in the Internal as well as External audits.
Maintaining and building rapport with leading Medical Specialists and Key Opinion Leaders.
