Job Description:

Lead the existing staff to build mockups and prototypes, establish and create style guidelines and style guide documents as project deliverables.
Design and implement creative designs and graphics using different designing softwares.
Experience in optimizing images for web user interface and creating HTML/CSS that matches a Photoshop design layout and understanding how mockups translate to code.
Support of in-house production systems for various graphics modifications.
Expertise in current Internet standards, including cross browser technicalities.
Experience and understanding of site architecture, user experience, colour theory and colour management on the web, proper file formats, compression methods and techniques.
Desired Candidate Profile:

Summary of Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Conceptualize and designing websites and campaign micro sites.
Functional expertise in Web animation and Web graphics.
Required Skills, Knowledge, Abilities and Competencies:

1. Extensive experience with desktop publishing/imaging applications (Photoshop, Flash, Dreamweaver, Fireworks, Freehand and Illustrator) for use in creating graphics optimized for the web.
2. Hands-on knowledge of current web markup: HTML, XHTML, CSS
3. Knowledge of W3C Web standards
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of users and support staff.
