MAIN PROJECT
Customization Of Ammeter Testing And Calibration In Surge Counter
The main objective of this project is to build an instrument which calibrates and tests the non-linear ammeters and printed circuit board used in surge counter. Surge counter is a device which gives the statistics of the lightning and thunder storms occurred in that area.
Since this is a customized ammeter testing and calibration instrument, we can make sure that the ammeters used in surge counters are in proper working condition and thus it correctly monitors the leakage current through the diverters. Thus the durability of the counter is consistently increased and it has been proven economical. This project works on a simple switching basis between various modes of testing and calibration.
