Job Description:
• Drafting contracts and agreements in International Quality and standards that will suits with clients requirements.
• Vetting various documents, contracts, license agreement.
• Handling intellectual property matters viz Trade Mark, Copyright, Design, Patent, and Domain Name.
• Attending International Legal issues including Prosecution of national and international trademark & patent applications.
• Initiating action against Computer Fraud and Abuse Act.
• Initiating civil proceedings against those who are infringing companies Intellectual Property rights
• Interaction with foreign associates in various countries on legal issues
• Planning organizing and managing various legal function effectively and economically.
• Should have Sound knowledge of Companies Act and other related legislations.
• Monitoring all employees appoint letters, Offer Letter service contracts etc and dealing with issues of such nature. Also preparing various assignment deeds for assignment of IPR from employees to the company.
• Preparing all property/sale related documents for the company and taking care of Corporate related compliances of the company
• Should have strong knowledge in Intellectual Property Laws and Labor Laws
• Should have prior experience in contesting cases in matters involving Negotiable- Instruments, bank guarantees, and securitization of property.
• Should have Exposure in arbitration, conciliation and such other alternative- Dispute resolution systems.


• Interaction with foreign associates in various countries on legal issues

• Planning organizing and managing various legal function effectively and economically.

• Should have Sound knowledge of Companies Act and other related legislations.
