Job Description:

Design and development of new product lines and categories, Planning seasonal collections and commenting on new trends, Forecasting for the upcoming seasons, Industry wise product analysis, analyzing past product performance, regularly track competitors’ activities and consumer’s needs and buying pattern, procurement as per the laid down budgets and in line with the previous trends and quantities, negotiation skill and new vendor creation.

Desired Candidate Profile:

The candidate should have 4-5 years of experience in Designing as well in merchandising also. Background in Garment / Retail industry is a must. Should be able to handle buyers independently. Should take care about correspondence handle sampling with sampling QC & Jr. Merchandiser etc. Should have ability to build strong relationships through email and telephone communication.
