Job Details :
Shift Electrical Engineer :
- Electrical operation of 23.1MW from central control room in HONEYWELL DCS.
- Performance monitoring and tracking, Assisting maintenance in their day to day activities Daily generation report preparation, Record keeping, Ensuring proper isolation and issuing work permit, Ensuring safety of plant.
- Responsible for safe operation of Turbo-Generator, Generating Transformer, Converter Transformer, HT & LT motors, Switchgears (MCC, PCC & HT Panels), plant Protection systems.
- Safe startup and shut down of Turbo Generator and Auxiliaries.
- Coordination with maintenance team at the time of Annual inspection, shut down, Preventive maintenance and Break down maintenance.
- Ensuring Electrical & Mechanical operating safety while issuing work permit.
- Auxiliary operation and maintenance includes the following,
- LT motors, MCC, PCC & Auxiliary power panel.
- 11 KV HT motors and HT panel.
- Breakers LT (VCB & ACB), HT SF6 , switchyard SF6 (110KV).
