    Job Description
    Interior Designer (Interior Architect)
    Bachelor in Interior Design/Architecture with 3-4 yrs experience

    Manage architectural/interior/retail experience commissions from inception through to completion. Execution of projects with defined design and cost parameters.

    Experience in branded retail environments. Merchandising concepts, designing store fixtures.

    Design and preparation of presentation and working drawings. Good conceptual and visualization ability. Visualization and preparation of mood boards, material palettes etc.

    Coordinating with clients and services consultants. Team player ability to appreciate and integrate different facets of design communication, experience, retail, industrial.

    Preparation of estimate and bill of quantities.

    Site supervision, coordinating with various agencies for execution of work.

    Experience in interacting with client management and explaining design concepts and approving material finishes and project pricing.

    Experience in taking key decisions for project execution & progress independently in terms of Project Progress, costing & hands on experience dealing with Contractors, HVAC & Electrical consultants.

    Proficient in the use of software packages ie. AutoCAD, 3D packages.

    Desired Candidate Profile
    Minimum qualification B. Interior Design/ Architecture
    Computer Software Skills necessary
    AutoCAD, 3D Max or equivalent 3D modeling software
