Having a Total of experience about 20 years. Experience in the area of Projects and Maintenance. Started career as an Electrical Engineer in M/s. Safe Pack Polymers Limited, Hyderabad from August 1989 to November 1991 – In that, In charge of Operations, Maintenance of 33 kv Sub-station and Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance of complete plant machineries. Presently working as a Deputy General Manager in M/s, Techtran Groups (Techtran Polylenses Ltd., Techtran Agro Industries Ltd and Techtran Ophthalmic (P) Ltd.) Hyderabad since December 1991 to still working in this organization. M/s. Techtran Polylenses is one of the Hard Resin Ophthalmic Lenses Manufacturing Company in India.

Planning and implementing Preventive schedules for machinery to strictly perform preventive maintenance jobs as per schedule of all Electrical, Electronics & Mechanical equipments with zero defects with as per need with a view to reduce repair time and increase mean time between failure, increase machine up-time reliability, identifying areas of obstruction and breakdown and taking steps to rectify the equipments and also up-gradation of maintenance practices and tools for time and cost reduction with improved workmanship, encouraging employees to bring out ideas of cost reduction and ensuring their implementation through suggestion scheme/think-tank and to visualize, evaluate and implement innovative schemes / ideas to reduce maintenance cost and improve plant availability. Maintenance of Sub-Stations 11 kv & 33 kv and D.G. Sets, A.C. plants, Air Handling units, Air Washer Units, Cold Storage unit, Air Compressor, Hydro-Pneumatic valves & cylinder and Water Treatment Plant – Reverse Osmosis units, De-Minerised units and E.T.P. And also Experience in designs, estimation and selection of equipments, loads distribution and Erection & Commissioning, obtaining approval from Electrical Inspectorate. Experience in Micro Processor Controllers, Programmable Logical Controllers and Robot’s – Fisa Make, France.

1) 33 kv Competency Permit issued by A.P. Government Licensing Board, Hyderabad.
2) Diploma in Computer Applications issued by Ministry of Small Scale Industries, Hyderabad, Govt. Of India.
