Responsibilities


* Liaises with inhouse Consultant, Sub contractors, Suppliers to ensure an effective interface with construction Schedule and full Compliance with Project Specifications.
* Reviewing Subcontractors ITP's Method Statements in coordination with project quality Plan.
* Monitor all subcontractor's resources, approvals on shop drawings to ensure adequacy and availability to maintain the construction schedule in getting the approvals from Local authorities like DEWA, Civil Defense, Etisalat.
* Inspects ongoing works &verifies compliance of material submissions, deliveries and performed works in accordance with the schedule, latest approved drawings, documents, materials, mock-ups and value Engineering.
* Monitors and supervises daily the progress and the quality of the works, acts to make the deficiencies rectified. Raises NCR's and ensures quality awareness among subcontractors.
* Monitors testing and commissioning of Plant and equipment and ensures their operations are adequately documented and retains results for record purposes of all testing and commissioning.
* Ensures the completion of snags and participate in the handing over team, controls, supervises the application of handing over procedure, and list items requiring rectification, distribute respective remedial responsibilities to the relevant subcontractors
* Coordinate all Mechanical, Electrical, Pulmbing services with civil activities

4 lacs to 9 lacs
