    Business Development Executive/Manager

    • Should have a proven track record of selling Staffing Services to mid-market companies based in US.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a proven track record of success in sales and extensive cold-calling/prospecting experience.
    • Generate leads through existing network and creative go-to-market strategies
    • Cultivate, build and manage relationships with C-level and VP-level prospects and clients
    • Strong leadership and management skills with emphasis on sales processes and account management, maximizing all opportunities.
    • Hands-on experience in entire Sales life-cycle including prospecting, lead qualification, requirement understanding, proposal presentation and sales closure.
    • Adept at understanding & analyzing customer needs & technical requirements and relaying to Delivery Directors and Solutions Architects.
    • Ability to provide critical inputs for business development initiatives and formulation of selling and marketing strategies.
    • Self-motivated, result-oriented team player.

    Required Experience:

    • Bachelors’ degree
    • At least 2-4 years Business development experience in the IT Solutions and Services industry in US markets
    • Extensive network to explore immediate business opportunities
    • Must be techno-commercially savvy
