Job Description:
Role: • To train the students and teach the concerned subjects and getting them to standards as desired by our institution

Responsibilities:
• To be able to deal all the related topics in concerned subjects
• responsible for the final portfolio presentation right from mood boards to swatches, designs to dresses
• should be able to take out the creativeness and results from the students with patient and different kinds of creative teaching techniques
• should be able to help to students in fashion shows and different kind of creative workshops for students
• Should be able to develop designing skills in the students through different kinds of creative teaching ideas and work shops and projects.
• Should be able to re-design the projects necessary for the development of students skills
• Should be able to turn the average student in to good one and good one in to better and better in to best.
• Should be able to learn from the feed backs from the students
• Should be able to re-design the examination modules to some creative ones rather than black and whiter

Desired Candidate Profile:
Minimum: Graduate/Diploma in fashion design/apparel merchandising
Desired: NIFT (GMT/FD/, Pearl academy ((FD)
