    Job Description:

    Academic Incharge :

    Anchoring Mahaveer Classes (8-12) business.

    Centre Manager :

    To ensure smooth functioning of the Center and major responsibility of a Center Manager would be to ensure proper execution of Center operations (like Center Administration, ERP & Accounting, Conversion & Counseling etc.)
    Sales Manager :
    To explore new markets for business, generate new customers, and help company reach it sales and revenue targets.

    Desired Candidate Profile:

    KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS

    Academic Incharge

    Academic Design:
    Co-coordinating with Head-School Product for product design (Program structure, Courseware) of School products
    Academic Servicing:
    Responsible for Scheduling of classes for all centers
    Faculty Allocation and re-allocating faculty based on feedback and other business concerns.
    Co-coordinating with Head Centre Operation in ensuring Faculty Punctuality and Material
    Distribution
    Marketing:
    Taking Demo Classes and Seminars or allocating / approving faculty for the same , as per requirement from Head - School products
    Final Counseling for conversion

    Centre Manager

    Center Administration:

    Monitor regularity of staff members

    Monitoring that the basic amenities and utilities at the center is working and paid for in time
    Fixed assets maintenance inside the center premises

    ERP & Accounting:

    Ensure ERP entries for any financial transaction with customer, except prior approval from Head Center operation
    Ensuring closure of day book on a regular basis
    Tracking the payment installments
    Conversion & Counseling:
    Visiting various schools & colleges at least twice in a week for various product
    Knowledge about all the products including the knowledge of the colleges running that courses
    Training for all product to be imparted to all the new employees
    Handle counseling for the walk-in when student advisor is not available
    Ensuring quality and quantity of follow ups
    Preparing the enrolment & enquiry status to respective head
    Relationship Management:
    Interaction with students (before and after the class) and obtain feedback from students on regular basis (formally and informally)
    Being perceptive to the students needs and taking steps to ensure that they are being met
    Academic Servicing:
    Ensuring Faculty’s availability as per centralized schedule
    Academic quality is at par with industry standards
    Handling & marketing new products themselves before delegating the tasks
    Responsible for creating awareness about the new products
    For knowledge products, co-ordination with knowledge product anchor regarding academic servicing

    Sales Manager
    Sales: Responsible for assigned sales targets (monthly, quarterly and annually)

    Marketing:
    Maintaining relationship with Schools-by regular school visit
    Organizing events/presentation/seminars for CL (8-12) products
    Database collection via school activities
    Feedback on existing products
    Competitors information and on the ground information about products
    Counseling & Conversion:
    Knowledge about all the products including colleges of that course
    Handling counseling for walk-ins, in absence of student advisor
    Follow up for counseling at centers
    Regularly updating oneself about features, advantages and benefits of all the school products
