1. To achieve monthly production schedules, Industrial Discipline, people management & development. To review, monitoring and improvement of production targets.
2. To bring down the rejection losses. To provide on-the-job Training.
3. Implement Quality Processes applying to ISO 9000
4. To achieve cost reduction targets by continuous improvement
5. To co ordinate with QC / QA for solving quality problems.
6. To co ordinate with Stores / receiving Inspection / Purchase / Accounts for un -interrupted movement of material / moulds.
7. To Maintain 5S & follow quality System activities.
8. In-charge of the Unit – Handling Technical Functions & Reporting to Directors.
9. Ordinate with Stores / Purchase for Raw Material planning & Inventory Control.
10. ordination with marketing to plan the production schedules and timely delivery.
11. Ordinate with the process development team to develop cost effective processes.

Highly Dedicated, Result Oriented, Engineer with Knowledge of ISO KAIZAN 5S POKAYOKE etc.
System Driven Professional with Hands on Experience of maintaining Quality – Cost Cutting – A Team Player. Experience in Sintering Process Desirable.
Production & Quality Assurance.
Run the manufacturing plant with Maximum Productivity & Minimal breakdown.
Responsible for growth of Juniors & Developing leaders in each production segment.
