Job Description:
- Handling of Instruments such as HPLC, UV Spectrophotometer, Auto-titrator, Polarimeter, KF Titrator, IR Spectrophotometer, DT Instruments, Dissolution Instruments. BD Instruments, Sieve shaker, Hot air oven, Muffle furnace, pH meter, Melting point, Refractometer, etc. & calibration of instruments such as Auto-titrator, KF Titrator, pH meter, Melting point etc as per SOP.
- Sampling and Analysis of in-process, stability samples, raw materials, intermediates, packing materials, finished products etc. as per the specification.
- Calibration of instruments and online documentation as cGLP and cGMP norms.
- Preservation of process samples until the said batch is tested and released.
- Following the shift activity and updating the log book
- Exposure to DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ and regulatory audits is desirable.
