Position Overview

Replicon is looking for a customer-focused Webinar Training Specialist with a strong software and/or technical background. This individual will be responsible for delivering daily training webinars to new customers to assist them with their implementation of Replicon’s software solutions. A webinar is a live presentation via the internet where you will be web conferencing with the customers you are presenting to. You will work within the Implementation Team with a focus on introducing the implementation options to all new customers, delivering daily webinars, and monitoring the implementation forum available to our customers. An ideal candidate will enjoy training to an audience via a web demonstration, and following up on all assigned customer accounts until they have completed their implementation.

Responsibilities:

- Follow up with new customer accounts to ensure they are aware of the resources available to assist them with their implementation of Replicon’s software solutions
- Act as an expert to deliver daily implementation training webinars and provide answers to all attendees questions either during the presentation or on the Implementation Forum after each webinar
- Follow up with assigned customer accounts until they have confirmed their product is in production
- Monitor the Implementation Forum by responding to questions posted by customers
- Update and maintain the Webinar presentation materials taking into account feedback given by customers

Qualifications:

- Graduation is a must
- Strong business acumen with the ability to be articulate; should be able to present/demonstrate the technical product to the customer
- Good technical acumen with the ability to grasp technical product knowledge
- Working knowledge of software applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in MS Project
- Client-oriented nature
- Willingness to work in North American shift timings
