My duty involves following function.
1. To handle the Film plant dept.
2. To plan the production according to job.
3. To maintain standards of the quality of film being produced and also check the online problems and solve that problems and recommend the measures for maximum productivity.
4. To make the structure of the film according to application.
5. To prepare production and maintenance reports.
6. To analyze down time and control the wastage to improve the productivity.
7. To co-ordinate work activities with other dept., such as Printing, and slitting.
8. We are producing a film for Oil, Ghee, Fish, cashew, Frozen food, Vacuum packaging and Gusset film.
9. we are producing NYLON/EVOH based film.
10. we are also producing the ASSYMETRIC FILM.

NIRMA :-
Nirma Limited is one of the largest company in India in manufacturing Detergent Powder, Detergent Cake and Toilet Soaps. The company started its own flexible packaging unit named Kisan Industries for packing of above said products in the year 1995-96. There were 4 no. of Three layer film plant including that 2 no. of Reifenausher from Germany and 2 no. of Windsor from India. 4 no. of 8-colour Printing machine and 2 no. of 6-colour printing machine and 2 no. of Dry lamination plant, 15 no. of Bag making machine, 10 no. of slitting machine and 2 no. of Extrusion coating machine.
My duty involves following function.
1. To set working methods to achieve the production goals which is set by the top Mgt.
2. To co-ordinate work activities with other dept., such as Printing, Bag Making, Dry-Lamination, Extrusion coating and slitting.
3. To maintain standards of the quality of film being produced and also check the online problems and solve that problems and recommend the measure for maximum productivity.
4. To look after 30 workers working in the dept. and train them and scheduled their daily activities.
5. To prepare production and maintenance reports.
6. To analyze down time and control the wastage to improve the productivity.
7. We had also Erection and Commissioning of the Reifenausher m/c.
8. We were producing a film for Detergent, Salt, Oil, Ghee, Milk, Cling and Lamination film up to 20 Microns.
SPA Packaging.

Company has 70 no. of machine including that 20 no. of Film plant, 35 no. of Bag making, 5 no. of Printing machine, 3 no. of Slitting machine. We had produced all type of HD west type bags from 7 micron to 25 micron and LD film for packing from 20 micron to 60 micron.
Film plant :-
Out of 20 film plant 17 no. of monolayer, 2 no. of three layer, and 1 no. of PP plant.
Printing plant :-
Out of 5 printing plant 4 no. of Flexo of Comexi and 1 no. of Rotogravure of Jag mohan.
Bag making :-
Out of 35 bag making 23 no. of side sealing, and 12 no. of bottom sealing.
