Job Description:
Implement the Quality Assurance/QC Management system at site in line with ISO certifications, coordinate with quality inspections with all site Contractors/sub contractors and Vendors. Coordinate with customers on all quality parameters. Coordinate all receipt inspections, ensure maintanance of quality Assurance documentation by site contractors. Verification of quality related site activities in accordance with the applicable codes and standards. Participation in internal and external site audits. Coordinate all the quality site inspections through the site in charge. Ensure that all quality control documentation is complied and completed for as-built hand over. Control all non conformance reports and undertake remedial action, review of the customers specifications and undertake relevant training to the site supervisors, Monitor the implementation of the approved site QC plan. Complete and coordinate the approval of the sites QC technical submittals to the customer, coordinate with the site construction Manager on all quality issues.

II. SEA BREEZE at Thiruvambadi near the Varkala Beach, this building has a dozen units of single bath attached rooms both in ground floor and first floor.

III. Various Banks in Varkala locality, ATM counter at Varkala Railway station, Hospitals at Chriyinkeezhu, Varkala etc and Medical Training institute at Trivandrum were some of the works Supervised by me.
IV. New project for commercial building is under construction at Edava and Varkala temple locality.

Silpa Associates is famous for the quality of the work than quantity, which may be the reason why Silpa is having more than 25 working sites a day. After hours I worked with Auto cad. Now I am holding a key position in this firm, as I am the one who arranges work for the next day, listing the programs for various sites, conducting weekly meetings with other staff members and to coordinate each and every one of them for the smooth running of the office.
