Cable, it is upgradated with DH+ Cable with PLC 5/60, B Allen Bradley each furnace separately thus all datas are stored in the separate SQL server .we have provided additional RS Logix -5 PLC Program package and RS View development station for engineering for simulation and testing .

Weigh Bridge modification :
In which we have modified the Weigh Bridge with 6 load cells instead of 4 load cells.

CCTV Implementation :
SONY IP Based CCTV installed in various strategic locations for process control.

BIO-MATRIX SYSTEM :
It is implemented for the protection of the control room to avoid theft and unauthorized persons.

Review of equipment inspection schedule and maintenance plan. Define the strategy and monitor compliance of overall maintenance schedule for the various preventive and other maintenance activities across all plants for ensuring its compliance.
Review plan for procurement of spares and consumables required in line with the overall maintenance schedule for the plant and suggest corrective action.
Review schedule for major overhauls of equipment/units monitor and follow up major overhaul execution.
Monitor overall equipment uptime and minimize downtime.
Monitor implementation of safety standards and their adherence in maintenance job execution.
