Job Description:
Moblize is seeking to fill a key positions of a Sr Java developer and/or multi-tier game/3D application developer in our Delhi office. The hired Sr Developer will be assigned the task to design and develop application with our engineering team.
This Java developer position as it is not a web based application being developed but rather a multithreaded, high-performance (milliseconds can effect the success of a transaction), distributed application for investment trading applications. We are looking for a Core Java (J2SE) Developer with extensive knowledge of Object Oriented Programming concepts, experience with complex multi-threading for high performance applications, strong knowledge of garbage collection and JVM, and optimizing Java code.
The successful candidate when developing the application will be responsible for
1. Understanding client requirements
2. Creating and designing application documentation
3. Architect, implement and develop the required application
4. Beta test and work with QA
5. Officially release the application allowing the project to go live.
As part of the team, you will also help define engineering infrastructure that will impact future projects, as well as handle R&D responsibilities on future technologies.

Desired Candidate Profile:
Talented programmer to join our team with the following
skill set and experience:
1. Minimum of Seven years programming experience in Java/J2EE
Technologies.

J2SE Core Java Development including database programming,
network programming(Socket,NIO,RMI),API Development, Java Messaging
2. Extensive working experience & Knowledge of Core Java.
3. A Minimum of two years programming experience in the Linux/Unix
environment.
4. A Minimum of two years experience with Web-Services development and
database.
5. Experience with open source web/java technologies
6. A Minimum two years experience developing IP Protocol communication
technologies and knowledge of Wide Area Network communication technologies.
7. Knowledge of best practices in the areas of application design,
performance, scalability and maintainability is also required.
8. Development methodologies Agile, RUP, Waterfall or other formal
development methodologies.
Preferences: Experience/Exposure in Java Game/3D application.
