    Job Description:
    ** Candidate would be responsible for Sales / Market Development on West Zone / Part of South Zone. Preference would be given to candidates who have hard core experience in handling large distributors / dealer network & in managing large slaes team.
    ** Exposure to Modern Retail would be an advantage.
    ** Result Oriented with good contacts with industry / distributors / dealers and key accounts. Exposure to South India is desirable. Should take initiatives to expand Company's business / distribution network.
    ** Candidates should be responsible for developing & executing marketing plans i.e. achievement of targets,increasing market share and achievement of profit objectives in west zone i.e. Maharashtra, M.P.,Gujarat and in Tamil Nadu / Kerala.
    ** Sales forecasting, Planning, customer identification, dealer appointment review and co-ordination with Sales Mangers for achievement of objectives.
    ** Expansion of Dealer / Distributor / Key Accounts.
    ** Implementing strategies for increasing sales / brand visibility and market share.Handling PRODUCT LAUNCHES and developing new markets for existing / new products.
    ** Exploring potential business avenues & managing marketing and sales operations establishing strategic alliances & analyzing latest marketing trends for fine tuning slaes & marketing strategies.
    ** Identification of key accounts & developing long term relations with them.
    ** Should take initiatives to expand Company's business / Brand visibility through large format stores / traditional channels.
    ** Reporting to Chief Operating Officer.

    Desired Candidate Profile:
    ** The Candidate should have hand on experience in Sales and Distribution Mangement.
    ** Should be fluent in English / Hindi / Any other regional language.
    ** CANDIDATE WHO ARE HAVING GOOD KNOWLEDGE AND CONTACTS IN MAHARASHTRA / GUJARAT WOULD BE PREFERRED.
    ** Working knowledge with computer MS Office & Internet.
    ** Should be able to demonstrate leadership in leading the sales team / Result / Target Oriented approach.
