Job Description & Responsibilities: You will be accountable for the research, design and architecture, installation, administration, upgrade, and monitoring of the SAP mySAP Business Suite, user administration and Security definition and application. You will be responsible for Basis administration for the production and development of SAP. Perform SAP installs, system copies, user administration, support pack assessment and implementation, and performance tuning. You will also support application development, testing and functional teams and participates in 24x7 on call support.

This position may perform other duties as assigned.

Knowledge and Skills:

Must have expert level analysis, development of system performance monitors and development of performance improvement plans.

-Must have experience with design of landscape architectures for advanced technologies and prior responsibility for strategic decisions regarding the landscape architecture, upgrade strategy, backup/restore and disaster recovery plans and strategies.
-Must have experience with for the ongoing administration, support, and general management of the mySAP systems, database, and computing environment for ECC, Learning Solution, BI, Employee Portal administration and Solution Manager.
-Must have experience with Basis administration support for all sandbox, development, test, QA, training and production environments within the entire SAP landscape at a mid-size to large IT application development environment.
-Must have expert level analysis, development of system performance monitors and development of performance improvement plans. Previous experience with developing system documentation, policy and procedures, standards and to train technical staff in the administration of such information is a plus.
-Must have experience with archiving and backup processes, conduct database and server capacity analysis and planning, and develop database recovery procedures. Direct experience with the development of the disaster recovery plan and the execution of disaster recovery tests is preferred.
-Must have experience with large scale software release planning and deployment, applying SAP client and system patches (such as OSS notes and Support Pack) and upgrades

This Position would require you to work in NIGHT SHIFTS .

Desired Candidate Profile:
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science.
Minimum of 5 years SAP Basis Administration experience in an enterprise environment
Must have experience with ECC 6.0 or greater
