Job Description:
Morningstar's Global Sales Operations department seeks a Market Research Team Lead and the major accountabilities includes
To coordinate on sales analysis and market research projects to support the global sales teams.
Maintaining and improving current processes to support Morningstar's global sales efforts
You will work to analyze sales results, utilizing our client relationship management (CRM), and analyze market penetration, create profiles of clients, prospects, and competitors, and support other market research projects.
In addition to working on analysis, you will coordinate the team of analysts to meet objectives and deadlines
Responsibility includes working with internal sales, marketing and product management personnel to understand the objectives of their projects and communicate results.

Desired Candidate Profile:
Required skills
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, marketing, or the social sciences and exhibit an organized, detail-oriented, self-starter approach to their work.
As this role is data-intensive thus requires strong analytical skills, including the ability to consistently collect data, ensure data quality, analyze data, and present meaningful results.
This role requires project and time management skills
Skills required includes an attention to detail, creative problem-solving, the ability to clearly communicate results, and to work as part of a team
MS- Excel skills are required, and prior experience with CRMs will be considered a plus.
