Skill & Job Requirements: MANAGER-LEGAL: Qualification: LLB, preferably from a premier law institute in India. Experience: 5-8 years post-qualification experience in working with corporate having a multi-national presence or with a leading law firm handling one or more of the above job responsibilities. Job Responsibilities:

CONTRACTS: o Drafting, reviewing contracts/ agreements with global customers relating to IT/ITES businesses for identifying and reducing legal risks. o Interacting with business teams on risk clauses. o Negotiating with customers, customers counsels to conclude contracts/ agreements.

COMPLIANCE: Handling compliance audits in maintaining a culture of compliance.

LITIGATION: Initiating and defending corporate litigations in India and overseas.

OTHERS: Training business teams on legal contracts and compliance.
