Job Description:
(a) Preparation of Notices, Resolutions, Minutes etc of Board Meetings, Committee Meetings and General Meetings.
(b) Conducting Board Meetings, Committee Meetings and General Meetings
(c) Preparing Directors Report and other forms under the Companies Act 1956 for filing with the Registrar of Companies.
(d) Updating and maintaining various statutory registers required to be maintained under the Companies Act 1956.
(e) Attending court matters
(f) Interacting with the advocates in respect of the court matters
(g) Vetting lease agreements, contracts etc
(h) Preparing Legal notices for recovery of amount due to the Company
(i) Vetting various bank documents for taking credit facilities and corresponding filings with the Registrar of Companies
(j) Keeping an eye on various amendments under various applicable laws and preparing report for the same.
(k) Preparation and vetting of policies as per the requirements
