    Lead the existing staff to build mockups and prototypes establish and create style guidelines and style guide documents as project deliverables.
    Design and implement creative designs and graphics using HTML and CSS.
    Experience optimizing images for web user interface and creating HTML/CSS that matches a Photoshop design layout and understanding how mockups translate to code.
    Produce a consistent visual image across our web sites.
    Support of in-house production systems for various graphics modifications.
    Expertise in current Internet standards, including web browsers and browser specifications. Ensure that all web sites are accessible from a variety of different platforms, screen depths and other constraints.
    Experience and understanding of site architecture, user experience, color theory and color management on the web, proper file formats, compression methods and techniques.


    Desired Candidate Profile:

    Summary of Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
    Conceptualize and designing websites/micro sites.
    Functional expertise in Web animation and Web graphics.
    Make changes and updates the websites as needed.
    Communication with peers.

    Required Skills, Knowledge, Abilities and Competencies:

    1. Extensive experience with desktop publishing/imaging applications (Photoshop, Fireworks, Freehand, Illustrator, and Flash) for use in creating graphics optimized for the web.

    2. Dreamweaver MX 2004

    3. Hands-on knowledge of current web markup: HTML, XHTML, CSS

    4. Knowledge of W3C Web standards

    5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of users and support staff.

    6. Ability to work in night shifts
