- I do conduct the RTP call with our internal customers, if required I do it with external customers as well
- Selecting vendor/freelancers; negotiate with them about the cost and schedule and monitor their progress
- I will contact the customers to let them know about the project progress, incase of any clarifications and their availability
- I am the single point of contact for all the stake holders
- I review the sample, proofs; send it to the customers and receive it back from the customers with their comments and ensure that all the suggested corrections are implemented in the final version
- I will also take care of the cost part and ensure that the output is produced within the given budget and in stipulated time
- Once the final files are approved, I will start the manufacturing process, manage it and ensure that it is published on time as per the agreed contract with our customers
