Aim is to clean the data correspondence to Completeness, Validity and Consistency. Currently working on Well Header Data as well as Well Master Data along with Identity Issues.

M/s The Andhra Petrochemicals Limited, Visakhapatnam , India is a low pressure OXO - ALCOHOLS PLANT having Tata Honeywell TDC 3000 DCS system, designed by M/s Davy McKee Limited, England, which produces 42000 MTPA Oxo Alcohols (2 Ethyl Hexanol, N-Butanol and I-Butanol) with naphtha and propylene as raw materials, consists of synthesis gas plant, aldehyde plant ,alcohol plant and utilities.
Steam naphtha reforming produces synthesis gas which is reacts with propylene gives aldyhydes and then finally produces alcohols on vapor phase hydrogenation.
Experience Profile :
Having experience as a production operator in Oxo alcohol plant consists of decantation, vapor phase hydrogenation , vapor phase tubular reactor and distillation columns, H2 compressor, Off sites (spheres, bullets ,tanks), Utilities ( Boilers,N2 plant, D.M.W plant, fuel system, flare system, cooling water system; Fire water system).
