So this process involves different types of field instruments and different types of pneumatic valves and their installation, commissioning and maintenance. Interfacing these instruments and valves to the PLC and Automation of these using Rockwell make.
Environment : PLC and SCADA programming of Allen Bradely Rockwell and Hart calibraters for instruments calibration. Hardware techniques for the pneumatic valves maintenance, troubleshooting.

- Worked on Automation part, interfacing of the different types of field instruments to PLC.

Radiometric Detection and Removal of Stones/Shale deals with the Para card for detecting stones from coal over its way on the conveyor belt where we use the radiation sources for detecting the stone as density and dimensions of stone varies when compared with that of coal and even the intensity of the radiations emitted from the source decreases when the stone or any obstacle comes in the path of emerging radiations while compared with that of radiation passing through coal. And when stone is detected it is oozed out with high air pressure and coal free from stone on other side.
Digidose is Digital Pocket Dosemeter which is used to calibrate the rate of human exposure to gamma radiations while dealing with dangerous sources in the laboratory, medical fields, R&D fields.
Rice Sorting Machine used for separating colored rice grains from normal colored grains using 555 Timer. It is designed for 10 channels.
Environment : Radiation sources, timers and amplifier cards.
