    Job Description     :
    1.Project Planning , Monitoring, Construction management, MIS, Budget preparation for project activities, Monitoring of progress of contractors, Insuring quality and safety in construction works, to handle entire business cycle. equipped in handling modern cost efficient construction technologies and developing project schedules.
    2.Experienced in contract administration
    3.Comfortable with MS Projects, Autocad
    4. Experience in Government Time barred Projects is preferred.
    5. Tender documents and Estimates.

    Desired Candidate Profile:
    1. He should have knowledge of proposal, process, estimate and must be good at trouble shooting.
    2. Should be able to look after end to end management of multiple projects (i.e. from project order to project closure).
    3. Leading the project engineering team and co ordination with the client/consultants for timely completion of projects.

    Role will involve:
    1. Coordinating with the customer for project engineering, procurement and execution of the Project.
    2. Project planning, cost control, project document management, customer/ consultant interaction and timely completion of projects.
    3. Co-ordination with project consultants for technical clearance, Liaison with government officials.
    4.He will be responsible for leading a team of Asst Project Managers/ Sr. Project Engineers.
