4. Coordinate and ensure timely completion of small projects as per agreed process / delivery guidelines.
5. Managing of all technical & non technical staff for facilities maintenance & organization tasks
6. Participate and provide updates in operational review meetings.
GENERAL DUTIES
1. Standardization - Adapt and standardize corporate FM playbook processes to operate across the multiple facilities.
3.Compliance :- Regular review of managed services to ensure compliance with client/company policies, statutory regulations, health & safety standards and local guidelines / processes as applicable to both in-house and outsourced staff.
