Job Description:

Responsible for complete Food & Beverages Department, Plan Menu, Quality, Hygiene, Costing, Recruit & Train staff, Strategies for Future and to increase sales, Innovate to attract larger customer base.

The candidate should have quality of leadership, planning and executions of F&B operations. Should have good knowledge of food, int'l cuisines, French, Italian, Continental, Indian and Chinese. Should be able to organise big parties and functions.

Handling Food & Beverage, Banquet, Conference & Formal Dining Reservations and coordinating with guests for resolving their concerns / needs.

Operating Procedures.

Providing high quality services to achieve customer delight by extensive interaction with guest and quick resolution of problems.

Planning menu for an expensive repertoire of menus along with portion standardization.

Handling all aspects of restaurant management including monitoring food production and presentation of food & beverages.

Maintaining quality and consistency of food for enhancing guest satisfaction.

Directing the inventory for all types of Small Ware, Cutlery & Crockery, Bond Items, Liquor and other food supplies.

Performing regular / physical check for inventories of food & bar supplies, assessing projected needs and ordering food & bar supplies for daily operations.
