Job Description:
Employ effective telesales and telemarketing techniques to identify the relevant decision maker in an organisation, build a relationship with them, and present the organisation's products or services in the most advantageous manner. If relevant, the telesales executive should be able to set up qualified appointments for the sales team, which are confirmed by the supervisor. All qualified appointments should be accompanied by additionally surveyed information to enable the sales team to pre plan for the meeting to ensure a more effective sales presentation.
Job Responsibilities/Scope of Work:
Aggressively achieve the sales target through telemarketing
Involve in lead generatio and sellingn via interaction with clients over the phone and e-mails
Expand the client base through extented leads
Responsible for the initial qualification involving new and/or emerging client opportunities
Building and retaining client relationships through continuous follow up with clients for their requirements
Answering inquiries coming in through inbound calls
Effectively negotiator at all levels of customer/prospect management for the acquisition of clients that result in lasting agreements and commitments
Demonstrates the highest levels of teamwork to define approaches to meet customer needs in the most expedient manner
Communicates proposals to customers/prospects effectively and in a compelling manner
Discharges basic profile responsibilities and assumes additional responsibilities as assigned

Sound knowledge of English
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, smart, outspoken and aggresive nature
Ability to communicate with customers on phone
Excellent selling and negotiation skills
Ready to work under pressure and handle very demanding target-based sales situations
A flair for establishing an instant rapport with prospective clients in a professional manner
Confident with a pleasing voice
Experience in similar field preferred
