KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Preparing and maintaining records of uptime and downtime on weekly and monthly basis.

- Working towards zero rejections zero abnormalities zero breakdowns & zero accidents through TPM concepts
- Identifying and implementing projects for eliminating Forced Breakdowns.
- Working towards eliminating abnormalities based on 13 commandments with proper y-y analysis.
- Improving visuals on machines making operator easy to conduct CLRI activities.
- Planning & effectuating maintenance plans for equipments. i.e. Evaluate the Preventive maintenance check list of all equipment, schedule and compliance
