- Daily check the machine as per check sheet and if any abnormality observed take the corrective action and record the same.
- Control the NG Components as per SOP .
- Ensure the Calibration status & POKE YOKE Verification as per process check sheet.
- Inspect all the components as per Process Check sheet
- Maintain the traceability in process.
- Change the tools as per Tool Monitoring Frequency
- Do the process as per defined work Instructions
- Daily Prepare the Production Planning for the respective process and prepare the reports for the same
- Conduct the gap analysis for Productivity less.
- Verify the corrective action effectiveness for the gap analysis

- Reduce the tooling cost by 2,00,000 through tool holder modification
- Error Proofing Made to detect the grooving missing in the turning process
- Error Proofing made for to detect the mix-up of components in turning process
- Poke Yoke established in thread rolling process to detect the thread major dia u/s (or) O/s
- Eliminate the setting rejections in thread rolling process by established the template
- Eliminate the collet Broken during clamping without components through established the end stopper provision in drawbar .
- Increasing the thread rolling life from 45000 nos to 50000 nos which is save the cost by Rs 1.50,000
- Several Kaizen Made in several Process through Suggestions
- To eliminate the grease missing in cauking process
- To Eliminate the oil drop in Boot inside by modified the oil application jig in assembly process.
- To Eliminate contamination on parts by modified the chutes
- Automatic ,door open and closed established in all turning process to eliminate the operator fatigue
- Double push button provision made in all applicable process to eliminate the accident
- Accident eliminated by modified the programme in turning process.
- Productivity 30 % improved by modified the jaws in turning process
- Achieve the polarity 5 microns from 50 microns in burnishing process
