This is where I started my career in the Kitchen; this restaurant specialized in Cantonese, Schezwan, Thai and Oriental Cuisine.
- Joined KAMLING RESTAURANT in November 1984 as Trainee.
- Promoted to Assistant in 1987
- Cook in 1990
- 1994 to 2000 had been working as Assistant Chinese Chef.
During my stay in Kamling Chinese Restaurant I performed the following duties,
- Ala Carte up 200 Fax Covered.
- Taking an active role in outdoors function with a minimum number of 200-500 faxes.
- Making Noodles, Dim and Sauces.
- As working under the Main Chef in handling the day to day running of the kitchen.
