    I am an Associate Engineer in Production Technology from Bharti Vidyapeeth, Pune. I have also done my Post Graduation in Business Administration with specialisation in Operations from Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning, Pune.

    I spent large part of my professional career with Kalyani Carpenter Special Steels at various capacities and I was Head (Operations) for their bright Bar facility. During the tenure I had an opportunity to get trained at Carpenter Technology Corporation, the biggest steel plant for SS and speciality steels in USA & Shalmet Corporation, USA.

    I have also worked with Global Steels Holdings Limited, Nigeria in their Ajaokuta Steel Plant and Delta Steel Company with the Steel Melt Shop and Commercial.

    At present I am engaged with Geosteel LLC, Georgia as Asst. General Manager - Steel Melt Shop. Geosteel is a mini steel plant with production capability of 0.25 MTPA construction quality steel. I joined the green field project as Project Manager and after successfully erecting and commissioning the plant was given added responsibility to run the operations in the Steel Melt Shop. Under my supervision the plant has achieved 70% production capability.
