    Job Description:
    1. Assisting HOD in implementation for ACL Corporate OH&S Policy, standards and guidelines as per Holcim OH&S pyramid requirements and fatality prevention elements.
    2. Ensure Compliance to all applicable OH&S regulations at plant/shipping terminal.

    Desired Candidate Profile:
    1. Implementing OHSAS 18001/British Safety Council 5 Star Systems, Lead Auditor.
    2. Thorough Knowledge of Activity & Process Risk Assessment, Behavior based safety approach, understanding of OH&S management system.
    3. Developing & implementing OHS training Systems
    4. Candidate must have excellent analytical and communication skills and knowledge of MS Office
    5. Candidate with 8 - 12 years of experience including 4-5 years of experience as Head of OH&S Dept in a Medium/Large manufacturing organization will be preferred
    6. Candidate must have Graduation/ Diploma in Engineering with Diploma in Industrial Safety
