Job Description:
The incumbent would be assist Director Projects in developing the project management organization, defining the roles and responsibilities of various roles in the team. He/she would be support his supervisor in defining different processes for each kind of project. The candidate would be required to conduct technical, operational and financial feasibilty of the projects. He/she would be required to run efficient system to monitor/review the performance of the projects including the budgetary control.

Desired Candidate Profile:
1 Planning, Executing and monitoring the projects and timely completion for specific territory.
2 Instrumental for new developments & there implementation in the field
3 Locate vendors for project purchase, cost reduction, & centralize purchase
4 Align all civil & mechanical fronts for proper inter departmental coordination
5 Conduct the technical, financial and operational feasibility study of projects
6 Man Power planning and training matrices preparation and updation in co-ordinaton with HR
7 Authorizes the payment release to the vendors after site review on SOS basis.
8 Proactively resolving the process problems arising due to equipment under sizing or wrong selection.
9 Participate and update project status on a daily basis with the regional team head.
10 Implement cost optimzed models for various customer needs
