Job Description:
• Handling both telephonic and direct customer enquiries
• Providing the customers with complete information regarding the courses and other services offered by inlingua
• Performing all student management-related functions
• Maintaining all the customer (both internal and external) and student-related records
• Understanding customer psychology and providing inputs to the Coordinator Front Desk for improving the conversion ratio of enquiries to registrations
• Directing the corporate queries to the Center Manager.
• Keeping abreast of all the new courses or activities introduced in the institute
• Attending meetings, seminars and/or observing classes in the institute
• Working on various ad hoc projects.

Desired Candidate Profile:
• Be a graduate along with relevant experience.
• Be well conversant in English
• Have the necessary management skills to completely fulfill the responsibilities listed above and to be able to work under pressure.
• Have excellent conceptual skills to understand the nature of customer psychology and make contributions on strategy.
• Have strong IT skills, particularly MS Office.
• Have excellent negotiation and inter-personal skills to be able to handle customer inquiries.
• Be flexible (be prepared to work on Sundays and early mornings or late evenings if required).
• Be quality driven.
• Be prepared to promote a positive image of the institute related to professionalism, efficiency, reliability and a very customer oriented approach.
• Be a natural multi tasker with the ability to meet multiple deadlines
