- To monitor smooth operation of various utilities- Generator set, Boiler, Cooling Towers, DM water plant ,Air Compressors, Power Distribution system. Monitoring is done through log book, observations during preventive maintenance, recommendation by machine manufacturer.
- To look after project/ modification work.
- To plan month end shutdown jobs which are not covered in monthly preventive maintenance plan.
- To carryout administrative activities such as job order raised to outside contractor, follow up for work progress, Cash expenses and monitoring of material which are sent outside for repairing.
