Requirement1: webMethods + BAM with SAP & Siebel expertise Developer 1 resource (3+ years experience)
1. Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
2. Hands on Experience on WebMethods 6.1/6.5/7.1 Tools (Developer, Adapter Configuration etc)
3. Experience on webMethods BAM implementation.
4. Expertise on SAP & Siebel
5. To understand Technical requirements and provide design solution.
6. Development/Configuration of webMethods integrations as per the design following webMethods development standards.
7. Strong Communication Skills
- conduct Design & code reviews
- participate in testing / troubleshooting
- project status review calls
8. Good Documentation Skills
9. Strong knowledge on webMethods development standards and testing procedures
10. Unit & Integration Test cases preparation and execution.
11. Support E2E, Performance & User Acceptance testing
12. Excellent Debugging skills
13. Global project experience with non-co-located project teams and members
14. Provide status reports to project team as defined by Project Lead from time to time
15. Should be willing to extend working hours as per the project team requirements

1. Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
2. Hands on Experience on WebMethods 6.1/6.5/7.1 Tools (Developer, Adapter Configuration etc)
3. Experience on webMethods BAM implementation.
4. Expertise on Oracle, PL/SQL and MS SQL Query building
5. To understand Technical requirements and provide design solution.
6. Development/Configuration of integrations as per the design following industry best development standards.
7. Strong Communication Skills
- conduct Design & code reviews
- participate in testing / troubleshooting
- project status review calls
8. Good Documentation Skills
9. Strong knowledge on webMethods & BAM development standards and testing procedures

4. Exposure to Web Logic (i.e., J2EE) development activities

6. Development/Configuration of integrations as per the design following industry best development standards.
7. Strong Communication Skills

SiteMinder 6.x Agent Configuration experience

Sun Identity Manager 6.x Express coding for Workflows

4. To understand Technical requirements and provide design solution.
