-At least 1 years of experience on RF Drive Testing and Field Optimization.
-Engineers will be required to perform RF Network Data collection.
-Should have good hands on experience on drive test tools like TEMS / NEMO / Agilent etc.
-Should have aptitude to take initiative and learn.
-Should have good knowledge of C/I, C/A RX level, RX quality, SQI, DTX, TA Interference etc.
-Good Communication skills and good knowledge of Excel, MapInfo, Power Point etc.
-Should have knowledge of Site Audit & RF Survey.
-Should have good knowledge of Field KPIs.

Desired Candidate Profile:
Responsible for GSM Network Optimization, Physical Optimization, collection of field data, practical hands on TEMS, Analysis of Log Files, and recommendation required for change in Orientation, Tilt etc. Recommendations required for controlling Drop Call Rate, Handover Failure, Neighbor Additions, quality improvement etc.
