SCADA stands for Supervisory Control and Data Acquistion.It is not a full controllable system, but rather focuses on the supervisory level.
Our project main aim is to monitor the voltage level and control the system under abnormal condition.It will scan the voltage at different places.Corresponding voltage is stepped down and given to signal conditional circuit which will give some digital value to the microcontroller. Controller accepts the digital value and compared with desired value, monitor the voltage level through SCADA.
Comparing with Relay, here we will using digital values. It can be easily transmitted from one place to another.
