MS in Computer Science/ Telecommunications required. Working knowledge in Third Generation Wireless Networks, 3GPP OSA, Virtual Private Network, originating & terminating Voice Pre-Paid, Pre-paid SMS, & Pre-Paid GPRS services a plus.

Typically requires 5+ years related experience with a BS

3+ years experience with an MS.

Optional/Desirable: Experience with IP and telecom protocols, signal handling, semaphores, multithreaded applications, debuggers, AIX, Visibroker, Oracle desirable

Lead service developer to both develop/maintain ISCP CoreINAP & CAMEL services. Must be committed to the support of currently deployed code and to participation in a 7x24 pager rotation schedule. ISCP WIN and CIN products are used mainly with international customers, therefore some international travel may be required. Must have knowledge of GSM technology, CAMEL, INAP and GSM MAP protocols.

Must be able to work with customers to determine service requirements. Frequently contributes to the development of new principles, theories and methods. Often self initiated, work is usually performed independently with minimal direction from manager.
