“Bioanalytical method development and validation for estimation of Ofloxacin in urine by HPTLC”
In my dissertation work, I am developing simple, sensitive, accurate and selective HPTLC method for the estimation of Ofloxacin in human urine. The proposed method then will be validated and applied to generate urinary excretion data for Ofloxacin after administration of market tablet formulation to healthy human volunteers and various pharmacokinetic parameters will be then calculated. As compared to other reported method which though successfully applied lack sensitivity and suffer from tedious procedure and time consuming high cost, this method will be more economic and sensitive.
