For Bank’s Docs – After received SDF, EP Copy, Exchange control Copy I Hold the Papers incase of TT’s payment.
Terms – I gave the 2 copies of invoice, 1 copy of B/L or AWB and original copy of SDF alongwith Exchange Control Copy to Bank.
- Claiming the Export Benefit like DEPB, Duty Drawback etc.
- Approving the Documetns prepared in Factory.
- Direct Co-ordination with the shipping line & Freight forwarders for freight rate & arranging for export.
- Co-ordination with transportation from factory to Docks.
- Co-ordination with accounts for release of cheques for B/L and other payment.
