Job Description:
-Handling over all management of the restaurant
-Set target of each restaurant staff in the department
-Managing time and shift of their staff and staff punctuality
-Carring out restaurant opening & closing as per the schedules and follow the checklist prepared for the purpose
-Handling customer complain and issues
-Explaining grooming standard to the service staff.
-Ensuring staff disciplines and presentably.
-Guiding staff to active target.

Desired Candidate Profile:
-Candidate should have at least 2-3yrs of relevant experience with good communication skills and personality.
-Should be able to manage the functioning of the restaurant.
