Job Description:
FOR SITE ENGINEERS & PROJECT ENGINEERS
Setting out of works & layout.
Preparation of bar bending schedules, line out for
Shuttering, checking & carrying out the work as per drawings & specifications on scheduled dates.
Preparation of sub contractors’ bills.

FOR CONSTRUCTION MANAGERS
Project planning, Monitoring & Tracking.
Preparation of BAR CHARTS & WORK SCHEDULES.
Co-ordination between different work agencies & technical staff.
Quantity surveying & Indenting/ procurement of necessary material to complete the project as per schedule.
Resource development
Raw material & manpower planning.
Allotment of work to the sub-ordinate staff as per their capacity to extract best out of them.
Preparation of bills & timely certification.
Vigilance over petty contractors’ bills.
Completion of work as per satisfaction of final user.
RATE ANALYSIS for tenders & quotations.
Strict supervision over material quality & work quality through constant site checking.
Creation of safe working environment for workers.

Desired Candidate Profile:
Degree /Diploma Civil Engineers having 7- 15 years experience in execution of Industrial & Infrastructure projects. The key responsibility will be the Management & Execution of Project Sites independently including planning of material & manpower, coordinating with consultants, clients, subcontractors and suppliers to assure timely completion of project within the set parameters of quality & to carry out all day-to-day activities of the site execution drawings, decisions & billing.

Computer proficiency (MS office, word, excels) is must & knowledge of MS project will be an added advantage.
