Job Description:

* Overlook Quantity survey and Reconciliation.
* Maintain all documentation as required by the company including all internal reporting.
* Computer Knowledge in MS Office is a must. More weightage will be given to candidates with knowledge of MS Project.

Desired Candidate Profile:

* Should be able to handle independently big commercial and industrial projects from start to finish.
* Study of drawings and preparation of project plans and schedules and ensuring implementation of safety systems, quality systems and schedule tracking systems at site.
* Should have excellent communication skills and managerial skills to correspond with clients, to lead the team, to coordinate between the site and the HO for the requirements and to manage Subcontractors and Suppliers.
* Value engineering to achieve functionality, safety, speed of execution and quality at lower costs by evaluation of different options.
* Checking and certification of bills and invoices from vendors and Subcontractors
* Should be consistent in reporting, monitoring and analysis of the project.
