Project Name : “Implementation for Vibration Detection using AVR
Micro-controller”
Description : The Aim of Project is the detection of Vibration for security system, by using 8-bit AVR RISC Micro controller. This system is to be used for security purposes in restricted areas to detect any unauthorized movement.
Security is a crucial issue for high profile organization. There are several methods by which any unauthorized movement in the restricted areas could be detected. In this work Vibration detection technique has been used for this security system.
The security system comprises of a micro controller-based Data Transmitting Module that gathers vibration data from a set of vibration sensors attached to fence that restricts the access area. The Data Transmitting Module transmits vibration data serially, which is received at the receiving end by another micro-controller based module called Data Processing Module. The Data Processing Module analyses this data for any unauthorized access through the fence.
Final Semester Project (Part of the B.E Curriculum)
Project Name : “Performance of Conventional Vs Fuzzy Logic controller For Attitude control
Of Geostationary Satellite.”
Description : The Aim of this project is to develop a fuzzy controller using Genetic Algorithm Optimization technique to overcome the problems and restrictions towards the attitude control in the Satellite.
Attitude control is the process of achieving and maintaining a desired orientation of satellite with respect to reference axes. A number of forces tend to cause the drift of the satellite from its desired orientation in space. Theses forces tend to change the orbit of the satellite thus disturbing the orientation of the narrow beam antennas with respect to the Earth station.
In general, an attitude control system consists of three components : attitude sensors, the control process and the control hardware. In this project an effort has been made to develop a fuzzy controller. The basic purpose behind this design was to overcome the problems and restrictions, like slow control and excessive fuel consumption.
